Panier de Chef with Frédéric & Yoann
Mid January Alexis-Olivier Sbriglio from TV 8 Mont Blanc came to turn a new edition of the show Panier de Chef with the support of Savoie Mont Blanc Tourism. This was the opportunity to show the village of Hauteluce and la Ferme Chozal on a beautiful snowy winter day. You too, visit our restaurant behind the scene and discover the recipe of Yoann : Trout fario of Baulat, broccoli puree and eggs mimosa.
We also had the pleasure to visit the wine maker and friend Raphaël Saint-Germain at Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, which is of course on our Alpine Wine list. We are committed to working with local producer and to share the treasures of this wonderful region with our guests.
